BAZ BUS
About Baz Bus:
One of the most significant developments of the backpacking industry in South Africa has to be the Baz Bus, a new concept here but quite well known in many other parts of the world.
The BAZ BUS is a unique hop-on/hop-off, door-to-door, bus service between the backpacking hostels around Southern Africa.
· Passengers simply buy one ticket to their final destination and can get on and off as many times as they want, wherever they want, with no time limit.
· Our busses are 18-seater VW Crafters, with trailers capable of carrying surfboards and bicycles.
· Currently we run in each direction between CAPE TOWN and JOHANNESBURG
**WHY USE THE BAZ BUS?**
FLEXIBILITY - Passengers are not limited to a fixed schedule and can plan their journey with as many stops as they'd like and stay as long as they want at each stop.
CONVENIENCE - Passengers are picked up at the door of the hostel they're leaving from and dropped off at the door of the hostel they're going to.
SAFETY - No getting lost in a strange town in the middle of the night or having to find and make one's way to and from a depot or terminus in town somewhere.
INFORMATION - Buses carry information files with details of fun-filled activities, places to stay, and things to do and see relevant to the areas they travel through.
ENJOYMENT - A fun way to meet fellow travellers, share travel tales and find out what's hot and what's not!
